Ingredients

    8 tbsp Nutella
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .3 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
    1 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened

Tips

Do not over mix the batter or all the air will escape from the egg whites and the souffle will be dense.


Directions

Beat egg whites & sugar to stiff peaks. Beat egg yolks and nutella to mix. Fold the two mixtures together gently. Butter ramekins and coat the butter with cocoa powder. Pour batter into cups. Bake 22 minutes at 375. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve warm.

    I saw the pics for this and know you well enough to vouch for this!
    I'm not a souffle maker. But I wonder if you can use cooking spray for the ramekins which would lower the calories?

    I bet you could. But I only used enough butter to make the cocoa powder cling. The good thing is this only makes 4 small desserts and the chocolate is rich and gooey. But, my daughter made this dish 3 times this week!
