    3/4 cup water
    3/4 cup skim milk
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1/4 cup + 1 tsp sugar
    2 tsp salt
    4 cup all purpose flour
    1 1/8 tsp yeast


Place all ingredients in bread machine in order listed. Use dough cycle. Divide dough into 24 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then roll each ball into a 10 in rope. Tie into a knot and pinch ends together. Place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until doubled.

Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

Or Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes, cool and freeze. Reheat at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes until browned.
