Introduction

Simple, low carb cauliflower fritters, you can use green onion instead of white or yellow onion Simple, low carb cauliflower fritters, you can use green onion instead of white or yellow onion

Ingredients

    2 cup Cauliflower, raw
    2 serving Egg - Large (1 egg)
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    0.25 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend

Directions

cut up cauliflower and put in food processor or blender and break down into fine pieces, add beaten egg, onion, and seasoning (to taste), Add a spoonful at a time to hot oil (recommend using a non stick pan), flatten and cook until brown, and flip to brown both sides. Remove from oil and place on plate with paper towel.

Serving Size: makes 12 fritters
