Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

1 lb grilled chicken breast, flavored with your favorite marinade (about 4 breasts)
7 oz (uncooked) barilla plus noodles
1.5 tablespooon Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
    3 tablespoons Hellmann's mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoon light sour cream
    1 tablespoon skim milk
    1.25 cup of frozen peas
    1 tablespoon Hormel Bacon Bits

Directions

Make pasta according to directions. Add frozen peas the last 3 minutes. While cooking prepare dressing. When pasta and peas are done drain and mix with chicken. (I use the heat of the pasta to re-heat the chicken.) Mix dressing and bacon bits.

Can add diced carrots or whatever else your family likes. I usually serve over a bed of spinach and chop up grape tomatoes.

Makes 8 one cup servings.

    Incredible!
I tried this b/c it was the bones i wanted to use to tweak a little. I used homemade mayo made with Olive Oil, and plain yogurt made from coconut milk instead of the sour cream. turned out really good (although I am not sure about the calories & such now :-) - 7/17/12
