Ingredients

    1/4 cup flax meal
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    Pinch of salt
    1 tbsp applesauce
    1/2 scoop cinnamon roll protein powder
    Optional adds: splenda, sugar free brown sugar or cinnamon syrups

    Frosting:
    1 tbsp fat free cream cheese
    splenda (1 pack)
    drip of vanilla
    1/2 tbsp fat free creamer

Directions

Mix this up with a whisk. Pour into a greased (Pam) 3" ramekin or custard cup and nuke on high for about 90 seconds. Let it cool for about a minute after you take it out of the custard cup It will just pop out.

Mix up frosting seperately, and frost!
