Ingredients

    4 cup, dry Regular Oats Cereal
    .5 cup Honey
    4 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil (1/4 cup)
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 cup, chopped Pecans
    .5 tsp Salt
    4 tbsp Flax Seed, Hodgson Milled Flax Seed (1/4 cup)

Directions

Heat oil til melts. Add in honey, cinnamon, flax seed and salt. MIx well. Add in the oats and chopped pecans. Mix until well coated. Spread on a large baking sheet and put in a 300* oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 6.5 Cups (26 quarter cup servings)
