Mocha Quia Banana Morning jar

2 tbsp Q'ia Chia, Buckwheat & hemp cereal
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Regular Coffee, brewed from grounds
0.5 cup Dahi plain yogurt 2%
1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
For the Mocha flavor - I brew a flavored chocolate coffee. Because I don't drink a full pot, the left over (once cold) is used for this recipe. It is better to use black cold coffee at step 1.
This recipe is not sweet - add sweetener of your choice if desired(honey, cocoa nibs, ...)
2. In the morning - chop the banana.
3. Add banana and yogurt to the cereal. Mix well and enjoy!
