Introduction

Ingredients

1 stick of Kerrygold butter, melted
1 cup of Organic flax seed meal
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
Garlic salt
10 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 4 oz each)
1/2 jar of Barilla Roasted Garlic Spaghetti sauce (or your favorite)
1 8 oz bag of Italian 6 cheese blend
Tips
This can be made with your favorite sauce but account for any changes in nutritional values.
I eat this with Zoodles (zucchini noodles) while the family enjoys regular pasta.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 with cooking spray.
2. Melt butter but let it be cool enough to touch.
3. Combine flax seed meal, Parmesan cheese, and garlic salt.
4. Dip each thigh piece in the butter, then in the flax seed/parm cheese mixture. Place in the 9x13.
5. Top each piece with the spaghetti sauce.
6. Bake for 30 minutes. Then top with cheese. Put in for another 15 minutes.
