A frozen treat made with blueberries, banana and strawberries. Lots of vitamins and power boosting superfoods! Makes a delicious, pre-workout breakfast. Ingredients

    1 small banana
    1/2 c. frozen wild blueberries
    1 c. frozen strawberries
    1 T. Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal
    8 oz. light vanilla soy milk
    1 T. Honey
    1/2 c. low fat plain yogurt

Directions

Place banana, blueberries and strawberries in blender. Pour in soy milk. Blend on high setting. While blending, add honey, yogurt, and meal. Continue to blend until smooth. Enjoy!
