    1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1 large egg
    1 cup skim milk
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 TBS Flax Seed Meal


mix dry ingredients then add egg and milk. Blend. A few lumps will remain.

Pour by 1/8 cup (2 TBS) onto hot skillet or griddle (I use the medium sized Pampered Chef Scoop)

Makes 20 pancakes.
