    8 oz chicken breast cooked and diced or shredded (can be grilled, bakes, boiled, rotisserie -- whatever you have on hand)
    4 medium butter red potatoes cooked and diced
    dill pickles to taste
    1 stalk celery chopped
    2 TBS Fat Free Miracle Whip
    2 tsp Yellow Mustard
    1/2 cup chopped onion


Combine all ingredients and store in fridge.

Serve on bread, toast or crackers.
