    * Mrs. Dash Original Blend, 0.5 tsp
    * Grapeseed Oil, 1 1tsp
    * Zucchini, 116 grams
    * Celery, raw, 107 grams
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 124 grams
    * 1/2 tsp lite soy sauce
    * Boca Burger Original, 145 grams
    * TJ Farms frozen Roasted Potatoes, 163 grams
    garlic powder, black pepper, etc.


Chop all veggies. Cut frozen potatoes into similar size to veggie cut.
Start with celery, zucchini and mushrooms in nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Season with no-salt seasonings to taste. Around halfway through coking, sprinkle with soy sauce.
Microwave Boca burgers to soften. Dice.
When veggies are soft, remove from pan to plate. Heat more cooking spray in skillet, add potatoes and Boca dice. Cook until potatoes are softened. Return veggies to skillet, add oil, crank up the heat, and cook, turning occasionally, until somewhat crisp.
