    1 head of cabbage
    4 slices of bacon
    seasoning of your choice


1) Cut cabbage into quarters and remove core
2) season with your choice of seasonings ( because bacon is high in sodium I just add onion powder and garlic powder and lots of pepper)
3) wrap bacon around cabbage and secure with tooth pick
4) wrap in foil
bake at 350 for 50 minutes
makes 4 servings
