Ingredients

    Lean Ground Turkey, 20 oz
    Onions, 1/2 cup, finely chopped
    Mushrooms, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Egg, 1 large
    Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
    McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1 tbsp
    Light Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Place mixture in 6 well greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

*Put a cookie sheet on the rack below the muffin tins in case of drippings.
