Ingredients

    1.5 lb Flank Steak
    0.25 cup Cornstarch
    0.5 tsp Minced Ginger (by CURIOUSANA)
    5 gram(s) Garlic Minced GV in jar - 1 tsp (1/2 = 1 clove) or 5 g per serving (by GRAMMAP4)
    0.75 cup Soy Sauce
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    0.5 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    0.5 cup, grated Carrots, raw
    1 cup, chopped Scallions, raw

Directions

Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place
cornstarch in a bowl. Coat each piece of steak in cornstarch
and place in slow cooker. Discard any remaining cornstarch.
Combine olive oil, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, water, brown sugar
and carrots in a bowl and pour over beef. Cook on high for 2-3
hours or low for 4-5 hours. Serve over rice, and garnish with
green onions.
