Number of Servings: 4


    4 (4oz) boneless center cut Pork Chops
    1 cup Brown Rice, long grain
    2 cups Beef broth
    1/2 cup Red cooking wine
    1/2 cup Water
    2 cloves Garlic, minced
    1 tsp Dried Thyme
    1/2 tsp Sage, dried
    6 tsp Dijon Mustard


Preheat oven to 350.
Combine Rice, broth, wine and water in casserole dish.

Combine mustard, garlic, thyme and sage in small bowl.

Season pork as desired with salt and pepper. Brush mustard mixture over both sides of pork chops and place on top of rice in casserole.

Cover with foil. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes then remove foil and bake for about 15 minutes longer.

Serving Size: 4 servings (1 chop and 1/4 of rice)
