Very easy dish to make and very tasty and colourful too. Very easy dish to make and very tasty and colourful too.
Number of Servings: 4


    Egg, fresh, 6
    Onions, 4 medium chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium, chopped
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Tomato Ketchup, 2 Tbsp,
    Butter, salted, 1 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Green Chiles, 3-4
    Curry powder, 1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves/cilantro


Melt the butter and fry the onions, chillis, garlic until light brown. Add curry powder, tomatoes and salt and cook until tomatoes get mushy. Add ketchup. Break the eggs and scramble until done.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
