Ingredients

    Ham Loaf

    25 oz smoked ham, cooked (good use for leftover ham)
    0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    0.5 cup Milk, 1%
    3 tsp unpacked Brown Sugar
    1 cup bread crumbs, Panko (Japanese style)

    Glaze for Ham Loaf

    Combine:
    1 cup, chopped Pineapple, fresh (or use crushed pineapple)
    0.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    3 tsp Honey Mustard
    0.25 cup Cider Vinegar

Directions

Mince or grate cooked ham and onion. Beat eggs, milk and bread crumbs together and add to ham. Mix well, form into a loaf shape and place in a 9"13" pan lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Top with glaze and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
