    2 CPS EGG BEATERS
    2 LRG POTATOS

Directions

GROUND LEAN ALL FAT REMOVED PORK LOIN WITH FENNEL SEED AND PEPPER SEEDS. COOK SAUSAGE UNTIL DONE ADD POTATOS COOK UNTIL DONE. MIX SAUSAGE, POTATOS AND EGG IN PIE PAN AND BAKE UNTIL EGG IS DONE. ABOUT 20 MINUTES ON 350

  • Very good recipe, will definatly make again. Next time I will cook the potatoes and then the sausage or dice the potatoes smaller. I also added salt and pepper to the eggs. - 3/18/07
