    Filling :

    1. Ground pork (1.5 kg)
    2. Potato, finely diced (12 medium)
    3. Onion, finely diced (6 medium)
    4. Garlic, chopped (10 cloves)
    5. Salt (2 tbsp)
    6. White pepper, ground (1 tbsp)
    7. Cinnamon, ground (2 tbsp)
    8. Knorr Chicken Seasoning Powder (2 tbsp)
    9. Water (1 cup)

    Dough :

    1. Plain white flour (1.8 kg)
    2. Margarine, soft (4.5 cups)
    3. Wet yeast (6 oz)
    4. Egg, lightly beaten (3)
    5. Granulated sugar (4.5 cups)
    6. Mashed potato (4.5 cups)
    7. Boiling water (1.5 cups)
    8. Salt (3 tsp)


Filling :

1. Sautee diced onions till transparent then add garlic. Add in gound pork and fry till almost cooked. Add in diced potatoes.

2. Season with salt, pepper, Knorr Chicken Powder Seasoning and ground cinnamon. Stir till well mixed then sprinkle water bit by bit till potatoes are cooked and soft.

3. Set aside to cool.

Dough :

1. Mix plain flour, margarine, sugar, salt, wet yeast and mashed potatoes till resembles breadcrumbs.
2. Add in lightly beaten eggs then boiling water. Knead to a soft but not sticky dough.
3. Weigh out dough into 25g balls and roll between palms till smooth.
4. Press dough balls between palms and fill dough with 1 tsp of filling. Seal well and shape into little buns.
5. Glaze with egg yolk and milk mix.
6. Bake in 150 degrees C till nice and golden brown, approximately 30 mins.
