Introduction

Makes a creamy and low cal dressing for approx. 8-10 cups of fruit salad. I used grapefruit, apples, peaches, bananas, and blueberries. Makes a creamy and low cal dressing for approx. 8-10 cups of fruit salad. I used grapefruit, apples, peaches, bananas, and blueberries.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 C Plain fat-free or low fat yogurt
    1/4 C honey
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients, stir until well mixed. stir into fruit salad for a sweet, creamy treat!
