This is our favorite banana bread recipe! It's very yummy! This is our favorite banana bread recipe! It's very yummy!
Number of Servings: 32


    1 tsp Vanilla
    1/2 cup Egg Substitute
    1/2 cup Applesauce, unsweetened
    2 Bananas, mashed
    1/2 cup sour milk (add a teaspoon of vinegar to milk to make it sour)
    1-1/2 cups Splenda
    2 cups Flour
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Cinnamon (optional)


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix together the bananas, sour milk, applesauce, egg substitute and vanilla.
3. When mixed well, add in the flour, splenda, baking powder, baking soda and salt. (Cinnamon can be added at this point if you are using it.) Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
4. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan, and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
5. Enjoy!
