Introduction

A delicious treat to eat!! A delicious treat to eat!!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup blueberries
    1/2 stick Butter (Divided)
    Sugar 1 1/2 cup sugar (divided)
    1 cup self rising flour
    1 cup milk (nonfat)
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
Put 1/4 stick butter in a small casserole dish (11x7)
Put dish in oven to melt butter
In a small pot put 1/4 stick butter in a pot with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cup blueberries then simmer until cooled down and juicy
While berry mixture is simmering mix the following to make batter
1 cup self rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup milk
Take hot dish out of oven and pour in batter mixture
Pour berry mix into batter in a circular motion.
DO NOT STIR.
Place in oven and cook about 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top and cobbler starts to pull away from sides of dish
Enjoy.
