    3 medium potato
    2 Tbsp Butter melted
    1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tbsp Garlic powder


place melted butter in bottom of pan, spread cheese on top of butter, sprinkle garlic powder (can add other spices) place potatoes flesh side down and bake for 45 minutes in 400 degree oven.
Serve with sour cream (try seasoning with basil.
