    1 pound Italian Bread
    8 oz fat free cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar, divided
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/2 c chopped walnuts
    1 cup egg substitute
    2 cups skim milk
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tablespoons light butter, melted


Cut bread into cubes, place half in greased 9x13 pan.
Microwave cream cheese until melted. Add 1/4 cup sugar. Pour over bread cubes (will not completely cover).
Top with chopped walnuts.
Top with remaining bread cubes.
Beat the remaining sugar, egg substitute, milk, cinnamon and melted butter together. Pour over bread cubes.
Cover and let sit overnight in Fridge.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
Serve with choice of toppings.
