    1 avocado
    1/2 small red onion, chopped
    1 small tomato, diced
    1tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp salt (optional)


Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the avocado into a small bowl. Add onion, tomato, lemon juice and salt to bowl. Combine all ingredients, stirring until desired consistancy.

Great as a snack with tortilla chips.
