    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb
    93% Lean Ground Beef, 1 lb
    Great Value Fat Free Sour Cream, 1 cup
    *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2 cans (10 ounce size)
    Onions,, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    worcestershire sauce Angostura, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp (I use white pepper)
    Kroger Oat Bran (uncooked), 0.5 cup
    Beef bouillon granules, low sodium, dry, 1 teaspoon
    Mushrooms, fresh, 8 ounces sliced
    egg white, fresh, 2 large


Mix ground beef, ground turkey, white pepper, onion, worcestershire sauce, garlic, oatmeal, egg whites. Make small meatballs. Brown meatballs in frying pan on stove. Drain off grease. Put meatballs in crockpot. Mix soup, sour cream and mushrooms and pour over meatballs in crockpot. Cook on low for 3 to 4 hours.
