Ingredients

    6 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.5 Cups Almond Flour
    7 tbsp Butter
    2 tsp Baking Powder

Tips

These slice up quite easily straight down the middle for sandwiches or or just toasting half.


Directions

Beat eggs with whisk. Add softened butter, almond flour and baking
powder. Mix well. It should be little thicker than pancake batter.
Bake 15 min. at 400 degrees in a preheated over.

Serving Size: Makes 6 5" diameter pieces
