Ingredients

4 tsp Clam base, "Better Than Bouillon" (by ANTIOCHIA)
    .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Milk, 3.25%
16 oz Codfish -3.5 oz or 100g (by MRSBOSSYPANTS)
4 serving White Potato - Small Boiled with skin
10 tbsp Carnation Evaporated Milk Vitamin D added (canned milk)
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    2 cup Creamed Corn
    6 oz Bib’s Red Mill Light Bulgar 1/4 cup/40g/2oz dry (by PROVERBS31JULIA)
1 serving Morningstar Farms Bacon Strips 2 per serving

Directions

Cook bacon crisp, cook onion till soft, ad potatoes and cook a bit then add water to finish cooking. When taters are done enough add raw fish and bulgur; cook till fish flakes freely and bulgur is done. Add two TSB Butter, unsalted; evaporated milk and 1 c milk and 1/2 tsp of pepper or more to taste. I like to add cayenne pepper to my bowl-- about a tsp sometimes I add Jalapeno to the onions in the beginning and other "stuff" depending what I feel like.
