    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 whole large or 4 halves - seeds removed
    worcestershire sauce Angostura, 1 tsp
    Poultry seasoning, .5 tsp
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    egg white, fresh, 1 large
    Onions, 1 cup, chopped
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb
    House of Tsang Less Sodium Soy Sauce, .5 tbsp
    *Hunt's Tomato Sauce, no salt added, 1 cup (1 small 8 oz can)


Put peppers face down in dish, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 5 minutes. (You can skip this step if peppers are frozen) Mix seasonings and egg whites. Add turkey and mix well. Turn peppers over and stuff. Top with Hunts tomato sauce and microwave on high for 10 minutes.
