Ingredients

    1 serving Garlic (1 clove) (by AIRAMEI)
    0.5 tsp Crushed Red Pepper (by BACORONA)
    3 tsp Coconut Aminos (Coconut Secret) (by AUSTINLOSER)
    1 tbsp Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar (Nakano)
    1 serving Ginger Young Living Essential Oil (serving = drop)
    2 serving Lime Young Living Essential Oil (serving = drop)
    4 tbsp SunButter Organic Sunflower Seed Spread
    4 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable
    .2 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne

Directions

I throw all the ingredients in the single serve blender cup and zap for 30-60 seconds.

Dip for veggies or toss in a salad, with slaw &/or veggie noodles for a thai like flavor.

Serving Size: Makes about a cup - serves 8
