I only use real pumpkin I only use real pumpkin
Number of Servings: 50


    Mix together oil, sugar and eggs. Then add salt, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin pie spice or an even amount of cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice can be used if wanted as well. Then I add the pumpkin and then flour and mix until smooth.


Bake at 350 degrees. Bread takes 40-50 minutes.
Small mini muffins take about 12-14 minutes

medium (normal) muffins 20 minutes

Big muffins about 25 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean
