    1.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    6.0 tsp Ginger Root
    3.0 clove Garlic
    2.0 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz
    2.0 tbsp Cumin seed
    2.0 tbsp Coriander seed
    2.0 tbsp Chili powder
    4.5 tsp Lemon Juice 'Real Lemon' 100% juice
    1.0 1tsp Olive Oil
    1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground

Directions

Make paste with ingredients. Brown beef Fry paste for 1 minute. Add beef ketchup and broth. Bring to boil and simmer till tender
