Ingredients

8 oz Cream Cheese
4 tbsp Betterbody PBfit chocolate peanut butter powder (by LANDOMINY)
2 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener
1 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
Directions
Mix the cream cheese (room temperature), PBFit, 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream and 1 packet of sweetener in a bowl. Beat on high until it is well mixed and creamy. Set aside.
Add the remainder of the heavy whipping cream in a chilled glass bowl. Beat on high until the cream is thick. Then add another packet of sweetener and beat just a little longer until it is all mixed in. Do not over beat or it will turn in to butter.
When the cream is thick use a spatula to mix the cream cheese mixture into the cream. Then switch back to the blender and beat until creaming and smooth. Divide into 4 small serving bowls. Place them in the freezer to chill before serving.
