Ingredients

    1 large (3-1/4" dia) (approx 2 p Apples, fresh with skin
    1 fl oz Lemon Juice
    1 cup, chopped Kale
    1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    0.25 cup Parsley
    1 tbsp Chia Seeds CHIA POWER Navitas
    0.25 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

Can also use I small cucumber and cilantro. Adjust according to taste.


Directions

Peel, core Apple. Add all ingredients to blender. Bled until smooth.
