1. Cut sweet potato and onion into bite size pieces. 2. Toss and roast sweet potato, onion and tomatos in oven at 400 F for 15min. 3. Meanwhile boil sausage until done. 4. Serve sausage with roasted veggies. Serving Size: 1 serving
