    1 can black beans, rinsed
    1 cup frozen corn kernel, thawed
    1/4 cup finely diced red onion
    4 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
    1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
    1/4 tsp garlic salt
    1/4 tsp cumin
    juice of 1 lime


Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Chill or serve at room temperature.

Makes 6 servings approx 2/3 cup
