Classic Greek Salad Classic Greek Salad
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 of a small onion, sliced thin
    2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 long English cucumber, chopped with peel
    1 1/2 cups sweet peppers, chopped
    100 grams Feta Cheese
    14 small Black Olives
    Salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste


Tips

For best flavor place it on the counter to warm up a but before serving.


Directions

Mix olive oil, vinegar, oregano and sliced onion in a large bowl and let sit while you chop the rest of the vegetables (the onion pickles a bit in the vinegar, which makes it milder). Chop the tomatoes, cucumber and peppers and add to the bowl. Add the feta cheese and olives. Season with salt and pepper and toss together.
