Introduction

Ingredients

    1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 p Apples, fresh with skin
    5 fl oz Apple juice, unsweetened
    0.66 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    0.5 cup Libbys 100% pure pumpkin, canned
    0.66 cup dry Oatmeal (plain)
    0.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Honey
    0.25 cup, halves Pecans

Directions

Combine chopped apple, apple juice, milk, pumpkin and cinnamon in a 1.5 quart microwave safe dish. Bring just to boiling about 4 minutes in the microwave.
Stir in oatmeal and heat on high for 1 minute longer.
Add honey if desired for sweetness.
Stir and pour into 2 bowls. Top with pecans.
Serve and enjoy!
