Ingredients

    2 1/2 pounds of Lean Beef Stew Meat
    1 Large Onion (Chopped)
    2 Tablespoons of Kosher Salt
    2 Tablespoons Montreal Steak Seasoning
    2 Cartons of Low-Sodium Beef Broth
    8 Butter Gold Potatoes (Skins on and cubed)
    6 Carrots (Cleaned and Peeled)

Directions

Saute beef cubes and chopped onion until meat is cooked through. Add one carton of beef broth and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and carrots. Add enough broth to cover meat and vegetables. Add salt and steak seasoning. Cover and let simmer for 2 1/2 hours
