Introduction

Ingredients

    2.0 cup Flour, white
    0.5 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp Salt
    24.0 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
    9.0 tbsp Daisy Sour Cream, Fat Free
    1.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Frosting:
    1.0 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    6.0 serving Truvia Natural Sweetener
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 tbsp Coconut Oil

Directions

Sift first 4 ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix next 4 ingredients well. Combine wet and dry together and mix well. Bake at 350 for 25mins in an 8x8 pan. For the frosting, mix ingredients together, slowly adding the water (you may need more water or sweetener, depending on your preferences). Frost the cake when still warm for easier spreading. This is very rich, for the dark chocolate lovers!
