Ingredients

    16 oz Center cut pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 cup Onion, chopped
    1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    1 Tbsp Chili Powder, ground
    1 tsp Cumin, ground
    1 pinch Cayenne
    1 pinch Cinnamon
    1 Clove Garlic, minced
    16 oz Jar Herdez salsa verde



Tips

Serve with warmed tortillas, or beer bread, adjusting calories accordingly. Delicious!


Directions

Over medium-high heat, cook cubed pork until brown
Add onions, chopped peppers and garlic, cook until onions are transparent
Simmer over medium-low for 15 minutes.
Place pork in Crock Pot, then pour the salsa over all.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours; or on Low fo 8-10 hours

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-Cup servings
