Ingredients

    Cupcakes
    0.25 cup Butter, unsalted
    0.5 cup Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
    1.0 cup Granulated Sugar
    2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.5 cup Flour, white
    1.25 tsp Baking Powder
    1/3cup Milk, SO Delicious® Coconut Milk, unsweetened, 1 cup serving
    1 cup *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips

    Frosting
    8.0 oz Cream Cheese
    0.5 cup Butter, unsalted
    0.5 cup Skippy Creamy Peanut Butter
    1.0 cup, unsifted Powdered Sugar
    3 TBSP Flour, white
    3 TBsp packed Brown Sugar
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 cup Oats, Quaker
    3/4 bag *Nestle Mini Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Put cupcake liners into tray. Mix all cupcake ingredients except chocolate chips together. When fully incorporated fold chips in. While baking prepare frosting by beating sift cream cheese, butter and peanut butter. Then add all ingredients except chips and mnms if preferred. Then fold in chips and let cupcakes cool then frost. I used all vegan substitutes
