Ingredients

    2 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    2 tbsp Nutiva organic extra virgin coconut oil
    .25 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 tbsp angel flake coconut (by CHRYSTEL)
    3 tsp Splenda No Calorie Sweetener

Directions

I didn't cook this. I mixed all the ingredients together thoroughly, Spooned 6 servings on a plate and put in refrigerator for about 20 minutes. They set up nicely and are about 62 calories and 3 carbs each.
