Ingredients
-
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Yellow Mustard Powder
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Red Wine
Tips
No cooking time - but this MUST be left alone for 24 hours before use.
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a glass jar. Add more vinegar and wine as necessary to make a spreadable mustard paste.
Let all ingredients sit overnight (do not taste yet - it will be too bitter). Overnight the ingredients will become a delicious, VERY spicy mustard. If the final product is too spicy microwave for one minute, stir and let cool. Repeat as necessary to reach desired spiciness. Try any variation of liquids - Water, Lemon Juice, Beer, Dry White Wine and so forth. Super easy and really tasty.
