    2 cups tortellini with cheese
    2 cups vegetables i.e broccolli, cauliflower, mushrooms, carrots, green onions
    1 Tbsp margarine
    1 clove garlic crushed
    1 tbsp flour
    1 1/2 tsp chicken granules (like oxo)
    1 tbsp cooking sherry
    8 oz 1% milk
    3 tbsp parmesan cheese
    seasoning to taste
    1 - 7 3/4 oz can crab


1. cook tortellini in boiling water 6 -8 min until al dente or untill tender. drain. keep warm
2 cook vegetables with 2 tbsp water in microwave on high 3 - 4 min until tender but crunchy, drain
3 for sause, melt marg. with garlic in microwave for 1 min on high, add flour and cook for 30 sec. add broth, sherry, milk and 2 tbsp cheese and cook on high for 3- 4 min stirring every 30 seconds untill thickened. ( at this point you may add 1 can 7 3/4 oz crab to the sauce) cook 1-2 more minutes on high to warm. add seasonings.
4, place tortellini in a casserole dish, top with cooked vegetables.
5. spoon sauce over the top. sprincle with 1 tbsp parmesan cheese. serve
