    1 c. skim non fat milk
    2 tbsp. sugar free, vanilla pudding mix or your flavor
    3/4 c. frozen blueberries or fruit of your choice.
    1 tbsp. vanilla
    3tbs. water, if mix is too thick.


Put all in blender and blend till liquified.

You can add as many or a little fruit to make thickness to your liking.
