    1 1/4 cup Whole Wheat flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 cup Kellogg's All Bran cereal, finely crushed
    1 cup skim or fat free milk
    1 extra large egg
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    2 Tbsp butter, melted
    1/2 cup raisins


Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Mix cereal and milk together and let stand. Stir in egg, banana, sugar and butter. Add to flour mixture. Stir in raisins. Spoon mixture into muffin pans sprayed with cooking spray, filling each cup 2/3 full

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. May be frozen.
