    8 oz low fat cream cheese
    16 oz fat-free sour cream
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    8 oz jar taco sauce
    1 large fresh tomato, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    8 oz shredded cheese

    1 bag baked taco chips.


Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Stir with mixer until combined well. It should be somewhat thick. Scoop out the dip into a square pan or deep dish. Smooth out so it fills the pan or dish. Layer diced tomatoes and diced onion on top (don't mix into dip). Pour taco sauce over all (don't mix into dip, tomatos and onions). Put shredded cheese on top. Dip with taco chips.

I like to put the dip in a square cake pan because it keeps it cold and it's easier to scopp out when dipping.
