Introduction

I fluffy protein cake using Vega Sport Performance Protein Powder Mocha. I fluffy protein cake using Vega Sport Performance Protein Powder Mocha.

Ingredients

    3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 serving Vega Sport Performance Protein Powder Mocha, 43g
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground
    1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    2 tsp Cream of Tarter
    4 tbsp 365 Psyllium Husk
    4 tbsp Gelatin Zint
    1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Vanilla

Tips

Can add 1/4 cup coconut oil to the batter if desired. Add additional nutrition facts.


Directions

Blend all ingredients together in blender. Lightly grease 8inch glass pan with olive oil. Bake 350 for 20 min or so.
